The 700-Point Charter of NSDA: India’s Roadmap to Skill Empowerment”

To address India’s growing demand for skilled labor and reduce unemployment, the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) was established under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India. Though there is no official document titled “700-Point Charter,” this article interprets it as the comprehensive policy, operational, and implementation framework covering more than 700 critical components and touchpoints in the national skill development ecosystem.
